    Chapman Medical Products L.L.C. (CMP) values your business.

    You can return you purchase for any reason within 5 business days after receiving your order. A full refund will be issued for defective products and shipping errors. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    If the product was received with damage during shipping, please take photos (if able), document the damage and notify CMP immediately.

    Note: Returns that are not due to a defect or are beyond our control will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

    Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason.
