The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Chapman Medical Products L.L.C. (CMP) values your business.
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, because it is; damaged, incorrect item, or dissatisfaction (please explain) you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    It is important to contact a customer care specialist at sales@chapmanmedical.com or call 978-424-7249. Please reference your invoice number and reason for return.
    If product was received damaged please take photos (if able), document the damage on the receipt and have the delivery driver sign your receipt.
    Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We can refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
    Orders with custom logos cannot be returned for any reason except damaged or faulty goods.
